Your pack shipment
As a general rule, packages are sent within 48 business hours after receipt of payment, with tracking number. Any change will be notified via e-mail or telephone. Contact us before requesting this option if you have any questions. Whatever form of delivery you choose, we will provide you with the necessary information so that you can follow your order.
Shipping and delivery costs: We offer the shipping service within Uruguay and to almost all countries. The shipping cost must always be selected at the time of finishing the purchase.
1- Shipping within Uruguay U$S 20.
2- FREE. Shipping within Uruguay purchases over U$S200.
3- Shipping outside Uruguay U$S 50.
Within Uruguay we offer delivery within 4 to 6 business days after the purchase is confirmed.
To the rest of the countries we do it via FEDEX certified 5 to 10 days with a cost of USD 50. In www.fedex.com you can follow your shipment and make inquiries about the conditions of the customs of your country.
We also ship outside of Uruguay by EMS and the Uruguayan Post. You can consult us by delivery time according to the country.
IMPORTANT: All customs have different conditions, restrictions and laws. Our company only ensures the exit of the customs of Uruguay. Before confirming a purchase, if you have any questions, please consult your country's customs office.
Exchange policy, product replacement or refund: Our company does not accept returns and we do not refund money, changes are made by any other product that our company markets. These changes will always be subsequent to the receipt and verification of the status of the product.
